I am an experienced UKCP registered psychotherapist working in East London, close to the City and Bethnal Green.

My practice as a psychotherapist in East London
My practice is located off Victoria Park Road near the junction with Mare Street. It is about a ten minute walk from Bethnal Green underground station and easily accessible on bus routes from the City, Hackney Central, London Fields, Victoria Park and Stoke Newington.

I mainly work with adults, offering both long and short-term sessions dealing with a broad range of emotional and relational issues. I have particular experience of working with bereavement, anxiety, anger management, depression, life change, stress, discomfort with life, abuse and low self-esteem. I have been a bereavement counsellor in East London for over 2 years.

As an Accredited Member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) & a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society, I adhere to their respective Ethical Principles and Codes of Conduct. I hold Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.

I believe that people seek help at difficult times in their lives. Sometimes it is helpful to talk to someone outside of your everyday life, family and friends. Counselling & psychotherapy provides a safe, supportive and confidential space where you can be yourself and explore what is bothering you. It allows you to gain an understanding of what might be contributing to how you are feeling, enabling you to develop strategies for coping with any issues and move beyond them in the future.

I am passionate about and dedicated to my work as I believe that counselling & psychotherapy can effectively enable people to understand themselves better, alleviate any distress and create a different life for themselves.
